Injection Mold Design and Manufacturing

Taizhou Yongliang Plastic Mould Co., Ltd.
Established in 2002 in Huangyan, Taizhou—China’s Mould City—YonLion coordinates product review, injection mold design, tooling, trials and sample approval for household, consumer, appliance, automotive and industrial projects.
DFM, trial and project documentation aligned before production
Documented Mold & Tooling Coordination
DFM, trial and inspection records are defined for the project instead of relying on a blanket certification claim.
Coordinated OEM Injection Molding
Experienced engineers across diverse mold industries help balance quality, performance and cost.

Injection Mold Manufacturing Service

Product Design & DFM Support
Provide a drawing, sample or sketch. Our engineers help define specifications and develop a complete project solution.

Mold Design & Manufacturing
Coordinated mold design, DFM, CNC machining, assembly, trials and sample confirmation with the production partners assigned to the project.

Injection Molding & Assembly
Controlled production of plastic parts with suitable materials, precise processing, assembly and packaging.
Injection Mold Manufacturing Process

We Always Use Good Quality Material for Mold and Plastic Parts
P20 Steel: a common pre-hardened option; final selection depends on resin, finish and expected volume
718H Steel: considered where polish, wear and project-life requirements justify it
PP: material grade, color and supplier documentation are confirmed per application
ABS: selected after stiffness, appearance, impact and environmental requirements are reviewed
PMMA: evaluated for optical, drying, surface-finish and brittleness requirements

Project & Manufacturing Photos

Project Documentation
Depending on scope, the approval package can include DFM records, material documents, mold-trial settings, dimensional results and sample photos. Certificate holder, issuer, scope and validity are checked before a document is presented as project evidence.
How the Project Is Controlled
Defined Commercial Scope
The quotation states the assumptions for steel, components, trials, inspection, packing and logistics.
Evidence Before Approval
DFM pages, trial samples, measurements and correction records support milestone decisions.
Project Coordination
A named project contact coordinates buyer requirements with the relevant tooling and molding partners.
Milestone Planning
Timing is tied to design approval, machining, trials and corrections instead of a blanket fast-delivery promise.
4 Steps of Injection Mold Design & Manufacturing
1. Send Your Product Drawing or Sample
Share a 2D/3D drawing, sketch or sample to begin engineering review.
2. Confirm Part Specifications
We confirm material, dimensions, finish and appearance requirements.
3. Confirm the DFM Analysis Report
The DFM report validates manufacturability and identifies molding marks and key design considerations.
4. Trial Mold and Sample Confirmation
After mold manufacture, we run a trial, inspect the samples and send them for your approval.
What Project Records Show
These are de-identified project summaries based on customer correspondence and engineering files—not anonymous stock testimonials.
A four-mold toy program moved from accepted parting and ejection concepts to trial feedback on fit, shrinkage and a visible step that required correction.

FAQs
1. How can I get a quote for my project?
Send drawings, CAD files, material requirements, expected quantities and the operating environment through our contact page or email jack@plasticmoldmanufacturer.com. We will evaluate the design and discuss recommendations and timelines.
2. How long does it take to build a mold?
Lead time depends on mold complexity and commonly ranges from four weeks to several months.
3. How much does a plastic injection mold cost?
Cost depends on part design, size, cavities, actions, steel and production-life requirements. We quote after reviewing the project information.
4. What kind of steel do you use for plastic molds?
We use customer-specified or suitable market-standard steels such as P20 and 718H, selected according to required mold life and performance.
5. What are your payment terms?
Typical terms vary by prototype, mold and production order. Exact commercial terms are confirmed for each project.
Plan the Tooling Scope in More Detail
Continue with the cost, component and validation decisions that sit behind a mold quotation.
