Quality Certificates and Supporting Documents
A certificate is useful only when the buyer can identify the issuer, legal holder, standard, scope, validity period and relationship to the quoted project. This page separates company certificates from supplier, material and project-specific reports.
Verification note: request the current original before relying on any certificate. Images below show documents currently on file; they do not replace issuer verification or a project-specific compliance review.

Confirm current holder, issuer, scope and validity against the original before use.

Buyer Verification Checklist
- Does the legal holder match the company being evaluated?
- Is the quoted product or activity inside the certificate scope?
- Is the certificate current, and can the issuer record be checked?
- Is a supplier or raw-material report being presented with the correct attribution?
- Does the project need a new product-specific test rather than an existing document?
