Project inquiry
Request an Injection Mold or Molding Quote
Bring us the part. Leave with a clear tooling plan.
Share your drawing, resin, volume and quality requirements. We will organize the technical inputs needed for a mold feasibility review, quotation and next-step plan.
Tell us about your project
Request a mold review and quotation
Required fields help us route your inquiry. You can upload a drawing or email larger project files directly.
Please do not send highly confidential files until your preferred confidentiality terms are agreed. Submitted information is used to evaluate and respond to your project inquiry.
Prepare your inquiry
The inputs that reduce quotation uncertainty
A complete technical brief helps both sides align on mold scope, part quality, production assumptions and commercial risk before tooling starts.
Part data
Share 3D geometry, 2D tolerances, appearance zones and any mating-part or assembly constraints.
Production target
Tell us the material, expected volume, preferred cycle target, cavity expectation and machine constraints if known.
Quality context
Identify the destination market, inspection standard, validation documents and acceptance criteria that matter to your project.
What happens next
A clear path from inquiry to production
Requirement check
We organize the files, volumes, resin and quality targets.
Feasibility review
Engineering risks and missing inputs are identified before quoting.
Scope and quotation
Tooling scope, commercial assumptions and milestones are aligned.
DFM and approval
Parting, gate, ejection, shrinkage and key dimensions are reviewed.
Build and validation
Manufacturing, trial, inspection and approval proceed against the agreed plan.
Visit and verify
Know who you are contacting.
Taizhou Yongliang Plastic Mould Co., Ltd. uses a registered contact address in Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang—an established moldmaking cluster. Project meetings and visits to the relevant production site can be arranged in advance.

Frequently asked questions
What files can I send for an initial review?
PDF drawings, STEP/STP models and clear reference images are suitable for an initial discussion. If the file is too large for the form, email Jack Xu first to arrange the transfer.
What information has the biggest impact on a mold quotation?
Part geometry, resin, annual volume, cavity requirement, surface finish, dimensional tolerances, validation requirements and your target schedule all affect tooling scope and price.
Can I ask for confidentiality before sharing files?
Yes. State your confidentiality requirement in the first email before sending sensitive project data, and the terms can be reviewed before detailed files are exchanged.
Can I arrange a factory visit or video meeting?
Yes. Send your preferred dates, time zone and project topic to Jack Xu so the appropriate discussion can be arranged in advance.
